Corporate nonsense

I was heading to the shop at work this morning for my first cup of tea to start the day and overheard someone on their mobile to someone else...

"Could you possibly give me the briefest of briefs just prior to the pre-briefing for the briefing meeting"

What nonsense... still it all keeps the wheels of commerce turning doens't it.

  1. The 'briefest of briefs?' Wouldn't that be a...thong (which, stylistically, is the briefest of briefs)? So perhaps it would have been more appropriate to ask 'Couldn't you give me a thong for the pre-briefing for the briefing meeting?' I kinda like it...

  2. I like that... think I'll ask my team for a quick thong :-)
